      deca 300 -400 mg a week
      sustan 500 mg a week and slpit both of them twice a week like sat, and wnesday

      did 300mg of eq (50ml jug of fort dodge) and 500mg of sostenon redijects for 10 weeks...split them up into 2 shots a week
