Alright, here's the deal. Worked out for about 4 years straight, no breaks or time off. In that time I put on 60 pounds through hard training and 3 cycles. 1st was test/eq. Next two were Fina/test.

Now here's the deal....Due to circumstances I had to stop working out and have not touched weights for the last 5 months straight. I lost 35 pounds and feel week and mushy.

My old work out was 5 days/week on 2 off.....Mon Chest...Tues Back....Wed shoulder......Thurs bis/tris....Fri legs...Weekends off. My diet was appropriate for whatever I was doing at the time.

      Now for the questions.

Should I use something mild like say ephedrine....or maybe even some clen to help get the energy up to maximize my workouts and get back in the groove?? Or even maybe something a little more like Test prop/ EQ. I'm fine with natural too, Waitied about 2 years before my first cycle anyway...so i can wait if it's the right thing to do.

I will also start following a diet again.

I worked out for the first time today....I'm thinking of playing it safe for the first 3 weeks and working at only 80% of my personal best when lifting. I will follow this routine. Day 1 Chest/tri's/shoulders.....Day2 Back/bi's/legs. Day 3 off then repeat. Workouts lasting for maybe an hour or so.

I just don't want to push myself to hard and get hurt.

After the 3 weeks hit it hard and revert back to a my original 1 body part a day plan....

Any advice on anything or things to look out for?? And again, natural to start or not, and when can I mix it in 6 mo's a year???

I would say wait until you know you are really back. In other words until eating right and training consistantly have once again become a part of your routine. Probably around the 3-4 month mark. That will also give your muscles and tendons time to strengthen up and get used to lifting again.

Go natural and take it slow bro. I was out 3 months and when I started back I took it very easy for the first two months. Now I am starting to go a little harder. There is no rush in this game, unless you are doing some type of show or something which I think you are not.
