TweetI have scanned three documents below. These came straight from GroPrep (Where I got my Long RIGF-1). The first document shows the certificate of analysis. As you can see I got 5mg of freeze dried powder. One important thing is that it was dried from 0.1M acetic acid, which will appear later.

The second document tells us how to dissolve the product and use it as a working stock solution. The most important description of handling the product appears here. It says to dissolve the product in 100mM acetic acid to give you a working concentration of 1mg/ml. It says that the stability of the product is for 3 years at -20C to 37C. Then it states that at 4C it is stable for 3 years. So I would advice everyone to dissolve their product in 100mM acetic acid and then keep it in the fridge and you will be good to use it for up to three years.

The last document states that another way to dissolve the product is to use 10mM HCL to obtain a concentration of 1mg/ml. But then it clearly states that this solution is stable for only 3 months when kept at -20C to -80C. We do not have these storage conditions at our houses (liquid nitrogen containers and what not) so I would advice everyone not to use these storage conditions.
