TweetWell, I'm a little over 200lbs and I've worked up to 6 20mcg tabs (120mcg total). At this point, the shakes get a little bad for a day or two but eventually subside. I like alternating it with ECA (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern). Doing it this way works great, for me atleast.Originally posted by blkturbo
Okay, I've done a search on clenbuterol and all I seem to read about is whether people like it or not, and comparison of brands etc etc....but more specifically, I need info/opinions on doseage.
I mean, I know that generally, guys would take 3-5 tabs/day of 20mcg tabs, and women may take 2-3/day....and adjusted accordingly for the Hubei 40mcg's I assume.
^^If this is correct ^^, then what I need to know is how long this stuff is taken for (how many weeks on/off etc?).
I have 2 friends asking me about this - 1 guy, and 1 girl.
The guy is naturally stocky/muscular build (good seperation and decent mass - maybe 180-190lbs max I'm guessing).
The girl is of healthy build @ around 5'6ish - maybe 150ish lbs.
I know this is general stats, but I just need general dose info for an order.
Also, the clen would be used alone (no stacking).
Thanks a bunch!
Really the only way to know what amount one can tolerate and still obtain great results from is through first hand experience. Generally speaking though, for a guy weighing 180-190 lbs, somewhere between 80-120mcg, give or take should be sufficient (especially for a 1st timer). I'd guess anywhere between 40-80mcg would be ideal for a woman of the proportions you mentioned, again give or take a few mcgs.
A good general rule of thumb to follow is to start off at a tab a day (or half a tab if you're using the Hubei) until the shakes get too bad, then back off a tab.
