Excel Diet Program
TweetThought it might be useful so you all can try it out. It's calculations are based on a low carb diet, but i can't attach it here because it's an Excel Document type. Maybe i can e-mail it someone so they can post it up to a server. Let me know......laterz

TweetJust highlight whatever you want to show us with the mouse. Then click on the right mouse button and select "copy". Then start a new thread, right click on the mouse again and select "paste".
That'll work, but you'll loose any fancy pictures or formatting.
