TweetOK Day 1 and 2 took 15mg ed and so far noticing nothing.
1st day.. workout was arms had a good workout but nothing special. no huge pumps. ( but it was the first day)
2nd Day.. I took 15mg in the morning and by the afternoon I felt a bit tired but I dont contribute that to the M1t. My workout was shoulders good workout still no huge pumps like people a talking about .
3rd day is right now getting ready to take another 15mg will be doing BACK I will let you know.

calorie intake is right around 3000 a day in about 6 meals trying to up that even more to around 3500 to 4000 of clean carbs and protein
