I had originally planed on simply running nolvadex after my test enth & dbol cycle, but I was considering adding clen. It is debated whether or not it is anti-catabolic, but if it is it would help alot. So, here's the thoughts:
      1. Do u think clen is anti-catabolic?
      2. Would u run Ketotifen w/ clen?
      3. Uping calorie in take is a must to keep gains post cycle, would clen still lean u out a little anyways?
      Thanx bros

      Clen's anti-catabolic properties are over-rated.

Taking clen and upping the calories doesn't make any sence to me. Clen just upps the number of calories a day you must consume to stay the same weight. So if you take clen and up the calories, the only thing you'll get out of it is the jitters.

      Both...

Tho I don't remember where to dig up the articles. Basically the only reason Clen got a reputation for being anti-catabolic was from a very popular steroid book. Since then, it was found that the tests done to come to this conclusion were done only on horses. When tested in humans, the anti-catabolic (the steroid book went so far as saying muscle building) properties were found to not be nearly as effective. The conclusion drawn was that it only worked in a certain type of muscle tissue. A type that is common in hourses, but not so common in humans.

I've taken alot of clen myself, and always noticed some muscle and strength losses if not done while on cycle.

I honestly find that ECA has more muscle sparing properties than clen has...
