      hiya fellas,
      i've done a couple of previous cycles - deca and dbol, and winny and prop but been clean for about a year(i was drug tested in the military and people got suspicious.)
      i had a back injury in june last year and in total lost 22lbs, i'm now a pitiful 175 at about 10-12% bf.
      i have the following gear
      dbol 200
      testprop 32
      winstrol 15
      deca 6- i'm waiting for some more
      nolvadex 10mg 120
      clomid 24
      clenbuterol 180
      anadrol 10-a friend gave them to me

      the following cycle has been recommended, just wondering if any of you experienced lads would change anything as i can get more gear
      weeks 1-10: deca 400ml pw
      weeks 1-4: dbol 30mg ed
      weeks 5-13: test prop eod
      weeks 12+13: winstrol eod
      nolvadex 10mg through entire cycle and clomid post cycle,i also wondered if clen is ok to run with the clomid as i have some of that too.

      primarily i want to add as much mass as possible while keeping my bf to a reasonable level.thanks for any advice

      Don't say"a pitiful 175 @10-12%bf", that's where I started this year after a long break too. How old r you btw? Two weeks isn't long enough to see the effects of winstrol, I would save it along with the abombs you have for a latter cycle. I'm quite intrigued with the way you are running dbol and prop. The dbol will help to jumpstart the cycle and the prop clicking in concert with deca. You and i are are the same size how tall are you? I've been using clen now for 2 weeks at 160mcgs(dieting and training for a show you see). I wouldn't recommend taking that much but I would suggest 40mcg/day and slowly increase it to 20mcg increments a day if the side-effects gets to be unbearable, you can just adjust accordingly. Being in the military and doing field exercises might cause you to get cramps on clen so I would suggest drinking plenty of H2O, Gatorade would be better though. What's your diet plan like?

      I personally do not like any oral AAS (dbal in your cycle). But it works. The cycle look ok, you will see gains. I would use Test throught the cycle. Look to get Test cip, 200mg/ml, less volume p/w. If it were me:

      weeks 1- 6: Deca 400mg p/w or EQ 400mg p/w
      weeks 1- 13: Test Cip 400mg p/w (2 shots p/w)
      weeks 7 - 13: Finaplex 100mg eod
      weeks 7 -13 : Winny 50mg eod (if you still want to use it)

      If you can obtain Testoviron depot 250mg/ml, you can take 2 ml's at once p/w. Long acting Test agent. Great quality Test.

      Otherwise your stack will work, its up to you. Good Luck.

      i would do this with what you have:
      weeks 1-10 deca 400mg/wk
      weeks 1-4 dbol 35-40mg/d
      weeks 1-13 test prop 75-100mg/d
      weeks 8-13 winny 50mg/d

      now i said the above going from what you originally suggested.....if it was me i would save the prop and use enanthate at 500mg/wk so you wouldn't have to inject ed or eod, and i would run it 1-10 with the deca. as always clomid post cycle. also have nolva on hand.

      thanks for the advice so far lads, looks like you all prefer the long acting tests compared to the prop, only reason i chose it is cos i managed to get 32 amps of the stuff for a reasonable price a while back.
      in answer to your questions iamdwalrus, i'm 27 years old and 6 feet tall-thats why i said the 175lbs is pitiful.i've just finished in the military after 9 years so you can imagine i've always had to do loads of cardio (i was a PT instructor)
      my diet plan i use at the moment is this:
      meal 1 75g oats,300ml skimmed milk,1banana, 20g whey
      meal 2 4 slices wholemeal bread, 1 tin of tuna
      meal 3 2 wholemeal pitta breads, 200g cottage cheese
      meal 4 50g glucose, 20g whey, POST TRG
      meal 5 50g glucose, 20g whey, 1 HOUR POST TRG
      meal 6 1 chicken breast or piece of steak, vegetables, potato or
      brown rice or pasta
      don't know if this is enough food but i'm really struggling to eat more, if i can fit it in i also take 30g whey with 2 bananas either between meals one and two or at bedtime

      Yep, not enough protein but you eat very clean that's good. Maximus, I would suggest going to the chippy and getting some haddock or cod to substitute for the whey you take on Meal 5. And now that you're out of the military you can take it easy on the cardio,eh. I think that was holding you back from gaining weight. If you're near Cornwall, there's couple of shoppes there that sell the tastiest smoked haddock, I highly recommend it.
