TweetIm a 44 yr old male, and have worked out on and off for years...Never had ab's that show before, but I would like to..So I am trying to up my cardio and change my diet..Have dropped alot of fat, im having a bodyfat test done in the morning..My question is is it possible at my age to do this??? Will post my % tomorrow...The cardio I do is jogging a mile 3 or 4 times a week, and weekend 7 mile bike ride..Thanks for any input........

TweetAbsolutely- I'm a tad younger than you but just did a low carb for last years vacation(dropped 40 lbs). While I didn't shred down to what I used to, I got a lot of compliments on the cruise. Drop excess carbs, dairy, and sodium---Remember this--for every one part of sodium you ingest, you retain 20 parts water. Thats why many people swell in the hands after eatin chinese. learn more about High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), throw this in once or twice a week and it will make a difference
