Tweetr-ala is simply a more potent or stronger form of ala. now, regarding the carbs, id only use r-ala, and ive read that it can generally keep about 20 carbs per 100mg. of r-ala from turning into fat, but never going above 300mgs. ive tried it, and i think there is some truth to that. when i was on a low-carb diet, and i had to have some carbs, i would take r-ala and still continue to lose weight. so one could say it worked for me.
its also used as a liver protectant.
