TweetIf your injecting into the glutes either 1 or 1.5" will work id go with the 1" unless you have alot of bf in your glutes the the 1.5 would be fine. Ive always used 22 and even 25 gauge for glute injections. If you move the needle around much with either it will be sore as hell no matter what.
Tweetim using 23 gauge...the 1.5 doesnt knot up but gets sore as hell....but the 1' knots up and is sore of a day or so and is ok....i think im sticking to the 1' for the gluets...thanks for the help!!
Tweetwhile im on the subject...im starting fina in about a week and i am going to alternate between shoulders and tri's...what gauge and length is best used for this??...can anyone give me some feedback as to what i can expect from the tri's it seems like a really tough spot to hit and it also seems like it would get so sore that you couldnt work it near as hard...wouldnt that be defeating the purpose??
Tweetuse 25 gauge on the guns and delts. Tri's are easy, just straighten your arm out and hit the outer head. There should be no pain with this needle size.
