TweetAlrighty guys Its getting hot down here in Texas and Im going to start cutting. A couple of girls at my complex asked me and a freind if we would get in the hot tub with them last night. We did and I didnt feel like I looked good in my bathing suit since I have gained some fat. So Im going to start cutting now.
My current cycle is in my sig. I'm going to extend the cycle 8 weeks with prop and tren. Im on week 12 now.
What should my diet look like? Should I just go low carb and do a lot of cardio?
I also have a lot of clen and was thinking about using that 2 weeks on, 2 off.

TweetEveryone's different but for me I eat about 10-12 calories per lb of bodyweight. Relatively low fat 20-40g per day. And eat about equal carbs to protein. If you can eat more protein than carbs that's even better...but I don't like to restrict carbs too much (like 50-100g of carb a day and I get tired and flat). I find that eating good carbs (about 175-200g per day) keep me full and keep my metabolism going fast. My results on super low carb diets suck big time. But like I said..everyone is different....
