should i do cardio for about an hr a day ???
if my gear comes in soon......i will be 4 weeks in to my cycle when i get there.....i kno wi will be holding water ....that doesnt bother me ...i have never been a lean guy.......this is the cycle im going to be on

TweetIn reality, it's one or the other. I would hold off the cycle until you got back from the beach. In the meantime, 30-60 minutes a day with a good diet will drop the fat pretty quick. I'd still work out, but low intensity maintenance workouts.

Exactly. Then you have the guys who say not too as they have the McDonalds drive-thru as part of their every day routines! Diet and cardio are going to have FAR more to do with how lean you can get than which steroids you decide on for your cycle. Hell, I was running dbol (25mg day), deca @ 600mg/wk, test cyp@1000mg/wk and EQ @ 400mg/wk for the first 8 weeks of my cut and I am leaner than I have ever been in my life (I'm down 29#'s in that 8 weeks).
Tweetdbol WILL bloat you...it's part of physiology of the drug. Diet and cardio and hold off on the cycle.

TweetI am confused here... u want to cut down at one time but ur sayin u want to bulk...hm... i am blonde so give me a min.... ok, the t3 and clen sounds good.... past expeiences man... i use to weigh 190 at 15% last summer( 2002 ) and i got like laid maybe a couple of times on vacation... cuz the chicks were drunk.. i was a good size cuz i am only 5'5... this summer ( 2003 ) i was at 6% body fat at only 155 pounds.... same spot in hawaii ok... man, i had to get tested after i came home.... i dont care what nebody says, but when u walk out on the beach with a popin six pack and nice ass cuts, all heads turn.... especially on spring break, i am sure u will be bigger than most guys there since u work out,..lol... so go for the cutter... get down to atleast ten % where u can see some definition in the stomach area.... have fun dude!!
TweetI agree with cali. I get the most attention when I am defined. When I was up around 220 the ladies just didn't seem as interested. Now at 190 they are all over me.
And for the guys that say they use dbol/drol and test to cut: Why not just use some clen, cardio, clean diet and you would probably get the same results. You are just asking yourself for more side effects and less results in future bulking cycles when you do use those drugs (dbol, drol/test) again. You drug choices are a waste in my opinion.
