      Jack,
      throw done some pedialite. it is made for infants or toddlers who get sick and cant eat enough food for nourishment. it is like a sweet juice. packed full of nutrients. it will help bigtime on your nouishment until your feel well enough to eat normal food. can get it at any grocery store or target by the baby food.
