Fina gains harder to keep then Deca gains???
TweetI've just read a few posts sayin that fina gains are much more difficult to retain then deca gains over a period of time, i thought it was the total opposite....which one is it??
Which are easier to keep fina or deca please explain.

TweetIve never lost a pound post fina only cycle, I actually get fat and lose just a little strenght but thats a given since its such a high androgen.
