      ok bro's as always I have yet another question. my dude wants to do a Test Prop/ Fina cycle. and He was asking me how much he should eat because he wants to cut down on body fat while on the cycle. He's got a small belly on him, prolly around 235 pounds and almost all of the fat is his belly and man boobs lol. So what do you guys think my good bro should eat calorie wise and how much cardio a week should he hit up. I've posted about some other things recently and have had great help so keep it coming boys
