My quad is killing me from my shot yesterday. What is the best relief, a heating blanket or an ice pack?

i have found heat and a massage to help. cold may seem to relieve the pain but dosnt shorten the discomfort as heat does IMO

I would alternate both. And massage when the heat is on.

Yeah this is what I was going to say. After pitching I used to soak my elbow in ice water for about 10 min. then put it in a heating pad. Worked real well.
