      i dont know why but i am angry. i just get that way sometimes. ever since my kickboxing club closed i havent found a new place to go and havent thrown down the bucks to buy a heavy bag for my garage. pent up frustration with work........need to vent..........must not break stuff..........wife will kick my ass if i get nasty with her.............i think i will drink till my problems are gone.

      i just punch the walls till my knuckels are all blue..... my roommate on the other hand goes outside and punches trees till his knuckles get all bloody... i guess everyone had different techniques how to cope with anger
