      Do you guys think that a cycle will work more effectively if your bodyfat % is below 10 as opposed to starting when it's at 15%. I would assume so, but I didn't know if any of you guys may know "why"...let me know....thanks....shiner

      The drugs are going to work regardless of BF% as long as they are real. You may think you are seeing better results if your BF% is lower because the muscle will be more visible, and you will be more vascular. The key to a good cycle is diet, and making sure you get enough of what you need (protein) and such. Good Luck

      I might contradict some beliefs here, but I will state it anyway. My best body composition came from when my diet was around 3000 calories. I took in little fat, little sugar (gives me acne), and lots of protien (400grams), and complex carbs (brown rice). I was eating plenty of fruits and vegetables as well. The mass I put on was all muscle with very little if any fat gains. My weight was around 200 at this time.

      When my diet was like the typical approach of taking in insane number of calories (4000-7000) I began to put on mostly fat with some muscle gain. My body did not look its best during any of these times. Not only was I flabby in my abs and my muscles not defined, but my face looked fat and older.

      I agree with you totally! I like the 3000-3500 calories a day for my cycles. I always try for LBM cycles and I retain most of my gains.

      what types of food did you all eat during your lbm cycles. ? Did you divide your meals up into 5 or 6 small ones throughout the day?
