TweetWhat does your routine,supplementation and diet look like now?
TweetI am 21 years old, 5'5, and 120 pounds. I have a high metabolism so I find gaining weight to be difficult regardless of eating habits. In order to gain more muscle mass, I have decided to take a prohormone.
I am considering m1t & a4 ( I have read of the benefits of the combination) Is there anything else I should consider taking, some type of multivitamin or whey perhaps?
would I get better results with 1-AD ?
I was going to be exercising with free weights at home, trips to the gym , and jogging every morning.
Anything wrong here or am I on the right track...
thanks;
Chris

Tweetyes, post what you're doing now.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?
.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper
TweetI have three solid meals a day, basic vitamins, no supplements yet... At this point I work out for an hour daily, but willing to change this schedule as a cycle requires
TweetIf you have a hard time putting on weight I would focus on your diet and forget about PHs. Especially M1T which is a potent and toxic steroid. PHs and steroids are for experienced lifters who are looking for an edge. They are not for someone that doesn't have their diet and training down.
I would aim for at least 6 meals a day plus a post workout shake consisting of roughly 40-50gs of protein and 50gs of carbs.

Tweet3 solid meals every day is not enough. eat six meals a day count your calories and up them by a minimum of 1000 calories slowly over a month. also get some whey protein to take after training. creatine is a good sup as well. DONT mess with M1T or any other 17AA prosteroid.
TweetI can adapt to those changes easily if needed.. I am trying to achieve mass growth as fast as possible to gain weight and strength prior to me entering the Canadian forces.. I was planning on taking a three week cycle, then going on a month with nothing. As m1t like other prohormones happen to be banned here, I need to be clean for at least a month prior to entering so I do not raise any red flags at the drug test.
TweetWhats up dude, I was in the same exact boat as you are in. I gained 35 pounds in 1 year, from 125, to 160, what helped me most was my eating, I'd eat 6-7 meals a day, whatever i can get my hands on.
Go to the nearest nutrition store, and pick up a big bucket of Mamoth 2500, it helped me a lot, 1 serving will give you;
66g protein
83g carbs
1200 cals
And I'm proud to say that I'm in the Canadian Forces myself, I owe it to the military, it helped me achieve my success.
As for prohormones, don't mess with that stuff, not yet, seeing how you're just starting.
What trade are you entering?
Tweetinfantry!
I wanna be there for the peacekeeping missions and such..I feel I need more mass though... I am so much respect for the grunts of the army.. without them they are nothing... I'm going to a recruitment office tommorow to check things out.. I feel i need to be stronger for training as well....
TweetBelieve me when I tell you this, whatever you're gonna gain, you'll lose it all in basic training... cause you work 16 hours a day with only 3 meals, you hardly get any sleep and the training is just going to eliminate any trace of fat you have in your system.
Trust me, I know, I'm infantry too.
Tweetso aside from lifting free weights and running everyday, how would you recommend I prepare for basic?
TweetYou're going to be running a lot, its the first thing you do in the morning at 5 am.
Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks... the whole nine yards.
What really hurts the most, are the ruck marchs.. this is where you're carrying a heavy load on your back and you march for 13 kilos non stop, this is something you should prepare for. If you're gonna do any weight lifting, you should only focus on legs, cause your legs are gonna hurt, believe me.
Tweetso essentially I should just focus on building up my endurance without taking ANYTHING?
Even without taking anything I am indeed noticing a higher threshhold to how many reps I can do daily... I have free weights here, and workout twice a day... once in the morning, and once at night.. I make sure I don't "overdo" it ... So i guess if I'm gonna go anywhere before I get into bootcamp, I should learn to run there, get into practice i guess.
Tweetexactly, coz over there, they're not gonna give u a set of dumbells and tell u to do bicep curls... u know what i mean.. its mainly endurance just like u said
Tweet3 meals a day an no wonder why your not gaining weight...eat at least 6 or more and aim for 3500++ cals
