TweetMy sinuses used to dry out and my nose bled like crazy. The best thing for that is to put a humidifier in your bedroom at night while you sleep. Works like a charm!

Tweetya humidifier would help... the air is very dry in winter.... and ur mucuous membrane is not used ot it.....

TweetI ge the same thing. My Doc told me to take a q-tip with vasaline on it and put a small amount in the dry spot to keep it moist. Sounds gay but it works. Also said to use saline and to put a humidifier in bedroom.
