Tweet5'5.....170 lbs.....the electronic bf counter says i have 8.3%. I dont much believe it cause im big i just dont look good if you know what i mean. only done one cycle and that was just 10wks deca 300 and t200. i gained 20 lbs off that so i dont know if thats good or bad. Think you can help on a good diet plan also i want to bulk and cut.

u need the cals to bulk on a cycle, cutting cyle later ons, either way you just have to make up your mind, if u cut or bulk.
my opinion: cut the most out of you the natural way, try to get a good foundation (electronic scales are worth shit), try to reach lean mass, then do a 10 wk 500 mg/wk test enanth cycle.
