Need help fast please
TweetOK. Im goin to start a cycle soon of about 7 weeks of deca 300, test 400, winstrol and clen. Im about 5'4 and 170 and according to the electronic bf counter i have 8.3%. I dont much believe its that low because i dont look that great. Im big im just not cut. I want a 6 pack and all that shiat. So i need to get on a good diet plan that works. I dont know if i can do the CKD but if there is something else i can do that will work i would much appreciate. Im not too good and all these numbers so if someone could give me a meal plan that would be great too. Thanks.
