Your first step should be to turn off the cap lock key.

Hit the gym and do a full body workout with compounds.
And buy some protein. Take it easy the first week don't over do it.
      Hang out here and learn.
Here are the compounds your should be doing.
      Deadlifts
      Squats
      Bent- over rows
      Chin ups
      Dips
      Barbell curls
      Bench press
      Behind the neck press
      Sit ups
      Calf raises

Your don't need AS because your still young.
Do the compounds for a couple of months then jump on a good split.

My take on this is that Siruso4 could make some progress if he did a little calorie restriction, keep daily protein intake @ 1-1.5grams per pound of bodyweight, hit the cardio 5-6 days a week for @ least 45mins to 1.5hrs, do some serious situps ( and learn how to do them right, keep constant tension on the abs and hold for 2 seconds, do abs six days a week, but you don't need the abswing off tv,you could also supplement with an eca stack. Anymore info could only be given if you give more of your stats.

Research, research, research to star with.Come up with a good diet/cardio/weightlifting split. Stick to it. Then look into supplements.Reasearch will give you the answers. If you are somewhat organized with it you will get more out of it IMO. Supplement are not an answer just an aid.
