I dislocated my shoulder about 2 months ago in a sledding extavaganza!!!, and I've had a few direct in's the past month, but the problem is underneith the muscle blood builds up and needs drained about once a week. Its slowing the healing process, not really of the muscle but the legiments and the cracked cuff itseld! I'm not letting this problem slow me down, my lifts are mostly at normal, with some lifts heavily labored. Shoulder press etc! I've been on a few cycles, the past year, eq n dbol'z, test n dbol. test and winny. now i guess im looking for advise on what would help build muscle around it, but will also help my rotator and legiments. Any advice would be nice! thanks!
