      I would like some help on putting together a cycle. I have never used Dbol,clomid or Spiropent/Clenbuteral, but I have used AB's before. I have 1000 mg. of Dbol in 5mg. tabs. I also have 36/50mg. tabs of Clomid, 8 shots of Sostenon250, and around 60 tabs of Clenbuterol. Is this enough for a cycle or do I need to get more of something. I am 5'11" weigh 210 lbs. and am currently a 36 in waist. I would like to get stronger, bigger and lose some fat. Preferibly back down to a 32 in. waist. All the help would be appreciated..

      Id prob get 12 more sustenons.

      wks 1-10 1/2 ml EOD
      wks 1-4 35mg Dbol ED

      wks 13-15 clomid

      Id run the clen starting around wk 8 and out past clomid for as long as you like in a 2wkson/2wksoff fashion while taking eca or nyc in the off periods.

      You could add in 400-600mg/wk Eq wks 1-10 if you feel like you need more.

      Well I appreciate your response. Thanks....Is there any other opinions out there or does everyone think this is the best. Also, how much is 1/2 ml. My sostonon comes in pre packaged syringes with needle? Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Oh yea, also Can anyone give me a good training regimen to go with this cycle. I have always done the same things on the same days. EX Mon. chest/tris, Tues. legs/abs, Wed. rest, Thurs. back/biceps, Fri. shoulders/traps, Sat. abs/cardio, Sun. rest then all over again.

      Oh didnt realise you had redijets. That would make it harder to do 1/2ml (1/2ml = 1/2cc btw). In that case, I would just take a shot every 3rd day (about 2 shots a week). The reason I suggested to go EOD, was to take full advantage of the shorter propionate ester. E3D will work though. Be sure to swith the needle on that, you can use a smaller one like a 23 of 25g.

      Ive done that same split before exact same days too. Im not sure of your goals as far as training, but I would guess its the typical BB goals. With that in mind, I would do maybe

      Chest/Tris
      off
      Back
      offf
      Shoulders/bis
      Leggs/Lower back
      off

      if your lookin to lose weight run liquidex with sust to rid of water bloat. both dbols and sust will bloat like nothing else. get more sust too

      What is liquidex I have never heard or used it? I appreciate the info so if I started my training on mon. should I do my shots on Sun. and Wed nights? Also what are good reps and sets with each excercise? Thanks again I hope to try and get the best results ever with all this info.

      liquidex is underground arimidex. anti-aromitose, it will keep the testosterone from converting to estrogen, which causes bloat and gyno. you wanna run it from start of cycle till you start clomid. look under the drug profile section of various AS sights, theyll tell you all you need to know. also lookon thread on this board "links to trusted bros". research products......

      also heads uup bro, if your asking about how to pump the iron while on AS, YOUR DEFINATELY not ready to take the plunge in my opinion. hang around for awhile get your training and diet down and grow as much as you can naturally before starting use. thats advice that i wish i wouldve listened to. patience my freind......

      Hey, I have used AS before and I have been workin out for 8 years. I know enough to get strong and bulked up but I have never had anyone to compare or ask advise from. Everything I have done is from research and following others. I was 155lbs at 5' 11'' when I was 20 and now I have managed to get up to 210lbs but I have always wanted a partner or someone to discuss work out regimes and cycles with... Thats all... Thanks again for the info..........

      Liquidex is liquid Arimidex. It's an anti-estrogen. It will help keep water off you and prevent gyno. You should also have Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno. If doing bi-weekly injections, Monday and Thursday is fine.

      No flame here, but I feel you should wait and do much more research. You should know the gear like the back of your hand before injecting things into your body. Not only should you know the gear, but all the ancillaries (Liquidex, Nolva, Clomid, etc.) You also mention "so if I started my training on Monday...". What do you mean by this? You are not training now? You need to be currently training for a long while before hitting the AS.....your ligaments would not be strong enough if you weren't.

      What I meant by starting my training on monday was, that is where I start my first day of the week. you know like you train 1 day then rest 1 day, then train 2 days and 2 days off etc. everyone splits their days of training and rest differently its just that (like I said before) I have always done the same things and never really changed my training days or days of rest. And again I have never had anyone else to discuss the best ways or different ways that others train and do their gear. I have researched enough to know how much and how often to inject. I mearly ask questions to see if others are getting better results by trying something new and different maybe get just a little bit of advise to get the best out of my stack.....
