feeds 4-6

Ingredients
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 Stalks of Celery
  • 2 Large Potatos
  • 3 Cans of cambels chicken gumbo soup
  • Tobasco, (spices-- salt, pepper, oldbay)
  • Chicken and Sausage


Directions

This one is pretty easy

1. Chop up all your ingredients, except the meat.
2. boil your chopped potatos for about 10 min.
3. Add all your veggies and soup in a big pot and simmer on medium, stir frequently. stiring breaks down the potato some and makes it a nice thick mess.
4. Add tobasco and spices to taste.

5. Cook your meat seperatly and add it to the mix.

This is not exactly part of a good cutting diet, but it tasts great and is easy to make.
