expiration question about Reforvit B...

I was doing some early spring cleaning the other day & found 50cc bottle of Reforvit B that expired 2 years ago.


My question is, is the only negative, the loss of potency?

OR can anything else happen?

also, is it better to drink it Vs injecting it because of the expiration issue or simplly because its Reforvit B??

just use a syringe and measure out how much you wanna take then shoot it in your mouth

it bad...send it to me and i will get rid of it! lol

dont take it alone take test with it. drink it cause ref-b is VERY dirty. it is fine to drink. best to put in oj or sunny-d about 35-50 a day split 2 or 3 times and some test 300-500 a week! have you done any before? that should have been the first question, sorry!!!!!
