Tweeti hear ya,but it should be active almost immediatly so gains and strength might only be apparent within the week but its musclesparing affects should be imho active in a day or so.for example for me i start feeling its affects in a couple of days but weight changes take a bit of time due to the fact it retains little to no water,while with d.bol/abombs i gain 8 lbs in the first week(water mainly)
