When you guys are bulking, how much fast food do you eat?

I know some of you may say none--well good for you but I have to eat it sometimes!!!! j/k
I usually eat it 3-5 times a week--maybe more maybe less.
When I do eat it I avoid fries and things that have no bodybuilding purpose--- atleast a double cheesburger has alot of protein--

So whats the verdict with all of you?

The more I read and learn how many calories you need to grow the more I here people say they eat it. Along with anything else for that matter because it's so difficult getting the cals eating totally clean.

It is possible to eat 99% clean and still have the calories to put on mass. With me i kinda have to. I am a cross between and endo and mesomorph. I can put down alot of cals, do some moderate cardio 3 times a week and still gain weight, but keep the waist in check. Once i start to eat sloppy i put on fat, love handles inflates with the gut.

I think the simple fact of the matter is I eat ALOT. I do mean alot.

      Meal 1: Protein Shake (egg/whey)
Meal 2: Cup of Oatmeal, 8 Egg Whites
Meal 3: 2 cans of tuna fish, with vegetable
      Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Either 2 chicken breasts, or 2 cans of tuna, cup of oatmeal
Meal 6: Chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish. Vegetable
      Meal 7: Chicken Breast (pre-workout)
Meal 8: Protein shake (post workout)
      Meal 9: Non-Fat Cottage Cheese
<Meal 10: sometimes a protein bar if i hungry throughout the day and i feel like cheating>

Fast Food is a once a week thing for me. I have it on Sat., as a cheat meal. I go all out. I think the problem with fast food is not the beef or the carbs (we can all balance out the carbs if wanting to stay lean with cardio), but the fat. Its not EFA either, its negative fat.

Thats about 4000-4200 calories for my diet by the way (based on my serving sizes). With about 400g of protein, 150g carbs, and 60g's EFA from my Flax seed oil. I never touch fast food either.

i might eat fast food maybe 2 or 3 times a month if that much
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper
