TweetIMO, you should always be taking an anti-e when on test! Some will argue that you lose gains that way.... but the only thing you will lose is the water.... and if you where to hinder your gains they would be minimal.... AND ILL GO EVEN FURTHER.. even if you where to lose 50% of your gains its better than TITS
