TweetIt is very hard to train like a beast without carbs... Carbs are the main source of energy and the body burns those for energy easier and faster then using protein or fat for energy. M1T will help preserve muscle while leaning you out but on a lower cal diet....Its far easier to bulk/cut seperately than it is to try to do both at the same time. I would bulk first....eat some major cals with carbs in the diet and then leave 8 weeks to do some cutting before summer...
