Alright this question is not for me, its actually for one of the younger guys from my local gym, he asked me this question, and I honestly didnt know how to answer it. Okay here it goes..... he is about 16 years old,and he was once a fat guy, he has lost 20 pounds in the last couple of months with a strict diet but he wants to lose more weight, he wants to get leaner. He wants to take any eca stack to lose weight but he is scared to take it since he is scared that he may potentially stunt his growth, since most fat burners have caffeine in them (caffein stunts growth in height). Would it be safe for him to take fat burners? If not, what could he take to lose weight? His diet is good, and training is on (I taught him what he knows :p), so what do you think guys?

At 16 I would only suggest protein powder, multi, and flax oil. As far as for fat loss goes the only healthy choice would be The Anarchy Stack.
