Tweethad 10g prop powder and mixed with 20cc "disolving solution".....My delts are killing me. You could prob disolve with 10cc. 100mg/ml and my $shit is ailing. Next time going to use less solution.

Tweet20cc's of disolving solution would be correct if it is made of 5cc's of BA and 15cc's of BB. That mixed with 72.5cc's of oil would make 100ml's of 100mg/ml of prop. I personally would buy BA/BB myself to be sure the mixers are correct. Thats just my .02
