      What up all I have been away from the forum for a while. I took a special assignment at my job and pretty much had to travel every other day. Anyways I’m finished with that and I’m on a stable schedule again. I need some help planning a future extended cycle. I am planning on starting in May and running it for 24-30 weeks. Cycle history 4 cycles, which have included. drol, dbol, test enth/prop/cyp, fina, winny. Last cycle ended last June(8wks prop/fina). I guess I’m a little limited on what of tried but now I have a better selection.


      Stats:

      6’2
      257lbs
      18-20% BF

      I’m currently doing CKD. Trying to get to below 15% BF. In May my goal will be to put as much mass on as possible in the beginning while towards the end reduce the water weight that I’ve put on and lose as little gains as possible.

      I’m not trying to use any massive amounts just enough to get it done. I have awhile before I start this one. So I’m still in the research faze. It would help me out if you guys gave me some feedback and suggestions on what you have tried as far as extended cycle.

      bro, there are a bunch of different ways to go for this. i would post some cycles you are leaning towards and let us critique them. with your history you know how your body reacts to different drugs.

      for example some may have great succes with a really low dose of test every week while others need medium or higher doses. also how much do you want to spend? you could get cycles that cost $1500 over that long that may just work marginally better than a cheaper cycle.

      i would base any cycle that long on a long ester test (cyp or enth) then add a highly anabolic steroid like deca or eq for the duration. and to gain the mass in the beginning dbol or drol. and to end lean, winny or tren with a little higher dose of anti E. that is real basic but something to point you in a direction.

      Bump...I'm still planning I just have a quick question. I planning to include deca in this next cycle. Also with a base of test enth.

      WK1-24 ENTH 600-800mgs/week

      When should I start the deca? And should I running it the whole time ? What dosage? Thanks for any help I'll post a preposed cycle soon....

      why are you staying on so long, it is only your fifth cycle... imo keep it basic:
      1-12 test enan @ 600mgs wkly
      1-12 deca @ 400mgs wkly
      dbol 1-4 35mgs ed

      i would cut down first with some T3/clen/eca for 6 wks...
      how far into CKD are you, that shit is extremely difficult to stay on.

      Thank for the feedback so far….

      As far as CKD goes I’m at 249lbs. Yes it is a ***** to stay on, but it’s getting easier as it goes on. My bf% is down a little but not sure what yet. I’m looking forward to my next carb up. I’m waiting 2 weeks between carb ups to see if I get better results. As far as fat burner the only thing that I’m using is my own homebrew ECA. I may add Clen in March, but I’m staying away for T3 until latter date.

      Here’s what I’m currently considering. Help me out. I’m contemplating bumping the test to 800mg/wk but not sure yet. I never used Deca so what do you think here. I was considering using eq also but I’m thinking that I wait until next time around.

      Starting in May
      Drol 50mg/ed wks 1-5
      Test Enth 600mg/wk wks 1-20
      Deca 400mg/wk wks 1-20
      Fina 75mg/ed wks 14-20

      As far as anti-e’s go I’ve been luck so far but and having had to use any. This cycle with the possible higher dose of test and deca I’m think of run Ldex from the beginning. Should I pick up some nolv in case?

      My thought on this is since its going to be close to summer and you are coming in a little heavy I would drop the deca and start the tren at day 1.
      You'll get better gains while getting a little bf help from the tren.

      Don't run deca this long especially if your overlapping the tren.

      I won't be starting till mid-May at the earliest. At the start I’m thinking I’ll be at 14-12%bf. Well I know because I will push it back till I’m in this range. I know it will be in the heart of summer but I still want to do a bulker. I feel weak doing CKD and when CKD is done I will have had to sacrifice some lean mass for the fat loss.

      As far as the Deca goes I should stop before starting the Fina?
