I would like to know what everyone's 2 cent is on this here. I'm pretty much set on it however, if someone has a better suggestion(which I'm sure it will happen), then please let me know.
Test-500mgs-wks-1-20
Eq-600mgs-wks-1-20
Tren-100mgs-EOD-wks-1-8
Prop-100mgs-EOD-wks-12-20
Liq-0.5mgs ED-wks-1-20
Clen-100-130mcgs a day-wks-1-20
Xenadrine 4 a day
Arimidex-not sure on what amount yet, maybe dropping the liq to do Arimidex instead, any ideas
My diet will consist of 5 meals 3K cals a day, not much I know, but I will grow plenty on it. Protein will be 1.25 x's my BW, carbs will be around 175-200 a day, fat? Trying to decide as I type
my goal is to get at 220lbs and come in at light heavy for my 1st comp.

but if he does screw up, I got Cialis(tabs), Viagra(tabs), and Levitr. I think I'm set
TweetI thought you were done cycling? Or have things changed? I would also suggest more test with all the cycles you've done but you know what works for you. I wish I would grow from just 3000 cals a day.
Tweeti know you are an experienced guy but i ran tren ace alone at 100mgs eod to maintain muscle mass during a cutter last year and it wasnt enough. to be honest it really did nothing. i was eating around 2300-2700 cals ed(mod carbs/pro, low fat) with t3(which could have been the reason for no strength gainsl) jmo...
i think the test level is good. it will be nice at wk 12 when the prop kicks in.

Tweetlooks good to me... I like the long eq at 600.. Just curious why not run the tren at the very end to harden and lean out as your are winding down.

TweetPersonally i would use more test, with 600mg of EQ a week I would run 750-1250 a week. Also I have run tren 100mg ed and eod not near as good of results eod as ed.

Tweetif you still get good gains with little test then that is good for you. i might put the prop at the beginning and the tren at the end tho.

TweetI don't think the 20wks of clen will work as intended. Consider using the tren ED, other than that the cycle looks good for a newbie.
