I was wondering what people thought about using M1-Test to Bridge with.

      Bad idea.

M1T shuts you down just like regular test.

Your best bet is to use slin as a bridge if you know what your doing. Otherwise, use a d-bol bridge if you must bridge at all.

I tried a D-bol bridge last time out and was not very happy how it worked for me.
Maybe its a real personal issue?

Nah... I've never been a big fan of a Dbol(or any other steroid) type bridge. Slin or nothing for me..

How much do you think bridging helps to keep your gains (if you do it right)........

      Depends on the bridge.

Honestly, it's my belief that diet and training are the most important factors in keeping gains.

Bridgeing also becomes more important the bigger your get. If you don't have more than 4 cycles under your belt, I wouldn't worry about it quite yet.
