Tweetsome people take breaks some don't. after my last cycle i took 10 days off because i went on vacation and i came back and gains were almost the same, so i say if you want take a week off.
TweetHas anybody ever tried the method of not training after their cycle is over for two weeks? Does it work for keeping more gains?

Tweeti think most poeple take at least a week off.. then when they go back use the same heavy weights but do less volum ... so keep intesity and reduce volum and frequency... so ur muscles stay and u wont go in a catabolic state..
Tweetit is good to take a week of every few monhz. allow your body to fully heal and recover
Tweeti myself stay in the gym just to stay in meantal focus
Tweettaking a break occasionally can be beneficial...oftentimes, you come back stronger and rejuvenated...if you consistently train heavy with high intensity (which u should IMO) i think a break every few months can only be a positive..atleast that's what i've noticed

TweetI've tried both methods. Neither one to me seems superior to the other.
Plus I'm still skinny.
TweetI took a year off after my last cycle. it was a pain to try to get back into the groove again!
My pain is caused by my pleasure!
Tweeti had to take off 2 months after my last (1st) cycle cuz i got tendonitis in my left forearm and bursitis in both my shoulders. pretty much fuked up everything there is to fuk up...
anyways, it's been 2.5 months now, and i just started going to the gym again (it still kinda hurts but less)
regadring the gains, i did loose a lot, but i can still tell the difference... my chest and arms are definetelly bigger than before the cycle
planing my next cycle soon
TweetI know the intensity has to be decreased a little at some point ,because in some instances the body cannot do what it was doing before while on the sauce. ie fast recovery and whatnot...but I don't fully understand if there's some kind of extra cortisone thats' going to be relaesed in the body that makes hard training actually muscle depleting at that point. I might give a week a shot to see if it works, two weeks seems a little extensive IMO. Like Teek replied how a BB might feel guilty about skipping a workout, that's just the time to find something else to do.
Tweeti take at least a week off after my showz. i might push it two weeks this year if i do 2 showz in consecutive weekendz
Tweeti took a one week off after my last cycle and did two weeks of few light workouts after that. i felt great when i came back to hit it again. i take almost a month off after shows. my head needs time to refocus.

TweetI did it last cycle but not by choice. I got the freakin flu. I tried to eat alot and kept on my clomid/nolva. I got a little fat and lost some serious strength but kept my size to an acceptable leve.
Dont know if I want to do that by choice but I know I dont have to hit it hard
