Ya i started last week, and man this shit hella makes me feel like i am sick. I think its just cause its dehydrating me, cause right when i start to drink water the symptoms go away. I have been livin on RockStars. only worked out once last week (out of a 3 days split) so it was shitty. Gonna get my ass into this week and hopefully see some good gains. Ya but this shit makes my body feel like im on fire... but once again once i slam water that goes away too..
