b5 and acne
TweetI have heard that b5 helps with acne. I figured what the hell I might as well try. Post cycle I always get a lil acne on my shoulders.
A) anyone have any personal experience w/ b5 and acne or know someone that does.
B) Whats the best brand & place to order. I didnt see any at DPS nutrition.

Tweetworks great. depending on your case, do between 1-6 g. daily. i get mine at the local vitamin shop. its pretty cheap stuff.
