TweetIs having HCG shipped to you in the mail classified the same way as if you were to have clomid or nolva shipped to you, or would it carry juice penalties?

I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

TweetI dont believe it would be as strict as juice but I dont know for sure. I believe HCG is legal in some states. I have no idea what the penalty would be.
TweetYou touch several issues. State law v. Fed law, importing for personal use vs. sale, etc. While your state (say Ca for example) may not control hcg in one of the 5 schedules, it is regulated as you can only get it with a script. The offense level is lower (a misdemeanor) but it is still against the law. Unless you piss someone off (the DA or your local narcs), i doubt anyone at the state level is going to worry about 10,000ius of pregnyl.
But, unless you get it domestically, you are importing stuff into the country and then customs regulations and federal statutes apply. Again, unless they are really after you, there are other packages going thru every day with 5,000 amps of organon in them and those are going to attract a lot more attention than your hcg. Times are tough and agencies dont have a lot of money to spend right now so they focus on the problem areas. It is still a violation of law (albeit for hcg a minor one) so they CAN charge you, but that costs money and resources. ALso, ther are some FDA regs that allow for a 3 month supply to be imported. The most important thing i think, is that if they are watching your source, and they really want him, they can pop you with the hopes that you will cooperate againt him in their investigation. That really sucks but trust me, it is done all the time. There are no guarantees, but i doubt you will have a dea agent doing a controlled delivery for some hcg. Rick Collins (attorney) does a column for MD, and I am sure there are a lawyer or two on this board that can add to this. bump for a better response

Tweetwhat if it is domestic tho
Tweetit is still probably illegal in your state and if so you could still get charged, chances are prolly not that high, but it could happen
