TweetI debated on skipping the gym today,first of all,I felt like shit and it was cardio day.I convinced myself to go at 2pm,figured no one will be there yet and I will have the gym to myself and I could leave if I wanted.Finished up 30 min. on the tread mill and I had enough.A new guy ask me for a spot on the bench and of course I obliged.I said what the hell,let me work in a set.To make a long story short,the gym shortly filled and there was testosterone pumping all over.It was one of those days where the music was crankin(ozzy)and everyone was cranked.I didnt want to leave,it was one of those days where I remembered why I do this to myself.Got a super pump,upped my bench 20lbs and dont feel like shit anymore.THE BEST IS YET TO COME! Yelp thats my short little story. PEACE BENNYBOOM
