Tweetno, i only take the reccomended doses. too much of certain vitamins can be as bad as not enough. make sure you take a multi without iron in it. too much iron causes problems and it builds up in the body.
supplement the vitamin with extras like vitamin c, e, b12, panathonic acid, and so on. pick and choose the high doses you take so as not to overdo the others you dont need and the ones that are bad to high dose.
