Example of a first cycle:
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal gradually)
Day14: 60mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Tweetthis is how i run it 2 days on 1 day off start at 75mcg per day 5 weeks.
the 2 days on 1 day off for five more weeks around 140 mcg.
this is how i do it for competition.

TweetClen I believe has a biphasic (maybe its diphasic) elimnation. The rapid phase is around 10hrs, and then the slower phase is around 35-48hrs (depends who you ask I guess).
So, a 2d/1d or a 2d/2d would not work for maximal results. My mind went blank...a drug is considered inactive after...what 5 half-lives? That would put you somwhere around a week and a half.
I believe that is where the 2wkon/2wkoff theory comes from.
Some of those number may be off just a tad, Im going off memory, it was in one of my chem books (surprisingly) once.
TweetAlso, I know some that have ran clen for along time (no keto) and still saw great results. It seems that mostly just the thermogenic properties subside after the 2-3wk mark.
