      Hey bros- I'm not happy with the way my cycle is/ was going. Too much fat gain. This is what it looked like:

      1-4 ---30mg Denkall Dbol ED
      1-12 ---750mg QV Test Enan (split between Monday and Thurs)
      1-12 ---25mcg Cynomel T3 ED
      1-12 .25 ldex ED
      Finish up with Clomid

      I was seeing good results but gaining a little more fat than I'd like. Anyway I have decided to give Fina another try, but I'm going to make it myself this time. Last time I used it I bought the EQL profina and I don't know if it was underdosed or what, but didn't see a lot of gains.

      I'm going to run it for 8 weeks at 75mg ED to try to cut a little while still gaining muscle.

      1. So what about this?

      1-4 ---30mg Denkall Dbol ED
      6-14--- 75mg tren ED
      1-12 ---750mg QV Test Enan (split between Monday and Thurs)
      1-12 ---25mcg Cynomel T3 ED
      1-12 .25 ldex ED
      Finish up with Clomid

      2. Should I continue to eat like I'm bulking? I just eat a lot of clean foods throughout the day now.

      3. Should I start doing cardio?

      Definately run the test as long as the fina imo. As for cutting, I think you should look at your diet. Bulking is bulking, no other way to look at it. You sound like you want to cut, which tells me that your diet is not in check if you're gaining fat.

      If you want to cut then I'd scrap the dbol and add 400mg/week of EQ.

      Do lot's of cardio, don't eat simple carbs, try not to eat sugar, do not eat any saturated fats at all.
      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

      I have read that fina lets you put on muscle while losing fat. Yes I do want to cut up, but I still want to keep gaining LBM. So should I start cutting calories and do cardio? -crombie

      You should have decided on cut or bulk prior to the cycle imo. Then if you wanted to cut you could have done prop/eq/fina or something similar, and your diet would have been clean as hell. As for fina cutting fat, well, I guess it does somewhat. However, fina is a good for both bulking and cutting. The major fator here is diet and training regime.
