I havent juiced in almost 2 yrs and when I started I weighed 155
now I am at 198. I only juiced twice but I dont take much when I do. I believe some people take tooo much and that is why the loose it.
TweetAlot of people have evrything Perfect while on cycle. Diet, rest, training, no alcohol,ect. They make tremendous gains. But once the cycle is over, they go back to skipping a meal, skipping a protien shake, Out drinking with friends to the early hours of morning, skipping the gym to go hang out,ect....You get the picture!
