Strange. Once I get past the loading stage I get dizzy from the stuff.

At first I thought It was something else, I didn't correlate the creatine and the sudden dizzy spells I was getting. It's worse after a workout or getting my blood pumping. Feels like i'm drunk, like an inner ear problem.

I almost went to the doctor, but got off the stuff and the dizziness went away. Too bad, cuz I get good pumps from it.

      anyone else have this?

This is what I was thinking as I read you title to the thread...happens to me if I don't drink enough liquids.

Don't do the loading stage. Just stay with the 5-10g a day. The loading stage for me makes me sick. Personally I think the loading stage is a waste. I’ve also heard not to do the loading stage as well. Now just with 5g /day i'm fine.

      Thanks all,

I did start thinking it was water, but I started drinking as much as I could and still was dizzy. How much are you drinking?

      I'll try it without loading.

I only take 5g with about a cup of water. Then if it all doesn't come out I refill the cup to make sure I get all of it.
