Tweetthis is normal, u will loose teh water and the bloat and will loose some mass, do clomid and hcg and some nolvdex.
the most importatn is ti keep on lifitng heavy, and eat and eat and eat and sleep
TweetI just finished a cycle almost 3 weeks ago. I started out at 195, I am 5'8 , and I peaked at 210 ish. Okay, so my bench has still remained up and has stayed 50 and up lbs.
I have retained my new strength, and have always done so from the few cycles I have done. I have been eating well and taking a good amount of protein as well.
But now I am teetering between 202-204. I realize that I have lost excess body water and bloating, but I just get this fear that I may be "shrinking" , especially being off the cycle.
I realize this may not be an uncommon feeling or concern, but nevertheless it's cumbersome.
I'd appreciate any advice and/or encouragement.
Thanks

TweetI have the same problem when I’m dieting down. I know that I’m keeping my strength and only really losing fat and water, but there definitely is something psychologically uncomfortable about watching my scale weight drop.Originally posted by orionstar

Tweetthe absolute worst thing you can do is continually weigh yourself! if i weigh myself before doing chest or legs and im a little light, i might as well just leave the gym. forget about the weight.. what you lost is probably water anyway! keep eating and training and youll be fine
