Well, I"m pretty frustrated about this. I was up to 194 and now I'm down to 191. I was taking dbol for 4 weeks, and when I stopped that, my weight started to decrease. I'm now in week 6 and it is still decreasing slowly. I thought the loss of water retention from the dbol would be finished by now. My diet is strict as all hell. Below is the link to my cycle journal...

      https://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...threadid=29142

I recalculated my BMR at my new weight of 194 and it only went up 200 calories to about 3100. I'm still intaking 4300 so there is NO way I'm not getting enough food. There are two things I'm thinking of:

      1. I'm using ICN lot #0020 which have been rumored to be underdosed. This might be why I started losing weight after I cut out the dbol. But I'm still eating 4300 calories, drugs or not, I should be putting on some sort of weight

      2. I'm over training. I'm getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night, which is what I need. But I'm working out twice a day 4 days a week and once a day on 2 more. I'm leaning more towards this one.

Either way, I started tren this week so if I'm not seeing any weight gain or maintainence in two weeks, I think I might step down my training.

      What do you all think?

I belive in my cycle journal I stated I started at 176 lbs. I was under the impression that water gains from dbol would be gone after a week or two due to it's short ester.

I'd say gear101 hit it right on the money. I've seen many threads where someone was doing a dbol/test cycle and in for weeks, they were up 25lbs and thought they were gonna gain 40 off the cycle but ended up only gaining back the 5lbs of water they lost in muscle.

guess never heard that before.. over the years of doing gear the water on 4 weeks of bol goes down after the 5 week.. away bro you up 14lbs in 6 weeks.. looks pretty good to me.. if you did the same in week 12 you'd be close to 30lbs on a cycle.. hell i wish i could do that.. then i'd hit the magic 300lb personal goal that i have

Yep, typical case of water loss.

But you are DEFINITELY training too much bro, your workout schedule is that of a pro cutting up for a mr. olympia show.

Try training once daily, two days on, one off. You'll bulk up much faster that way.

Also are you still taking the T3? A training schedule like that combined with T3 is a sure way to lose muscle rather than gain it!
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

I disagree, if you like at the T3 dosage is it 25mcg/day. This is not enough to shut down natural thyroid production. This dose is to speed up protein synthesis, thus AIDING in recovery, not hindering it.
