      I have always done the customary 30mg a day,with so-so results.Im going to bump it up too 50mg a day and see how it goes.How many mg's day works for you??? PEACE BENNYBOOM

      last time was 100 mgs per day for 8 weeks. Good results, only side was a tendency towards elevated BP.
